I used to be an expert sleeper. I could sleep anywhere anytime. Then when I hit my 50s, NO SLEEP! I might need to try those gummies! Baxter looks like a sweetie.
I just was prescribed a sleep med that actually makes me sleep instead of just conking me out. Ramelaton. Where do they get these names? Anyway, if you're willing to take a med, I recommend. Love your dog picture; our Luca is the sleep champion. Sleeping is his hobby, his joy, his raison d'etre.
(I can't do milk (unless I take a Lactaid or the like) or gluten either! Just another reason we're friends ;) Wasn't it great that there was no dairy or gluten at CAMP? )
What I love is the way you approach the whole thing. Step by step. Practical. You have your solutions, but you're willing to try something new. I feel like those moments all happened with you inside my heart. How lovely.
Randall, just the suggestion you’d support me is all I need. I have major revisions to work on and the tough love at the workshop was just what I needed. Maybe a beta read some time in the not distant future?
Sleep and peace and the moments just before. I often think of those moments, however protracted they may be for me, as the equivalent of a wolf or a dog circling and circling before actually curling up and lying down. I get all anxious about it but the wolves/dogs don't. They just go round and round until it's right. Love thinking about this. Peace be with us all.
I love this! As I have aged sleep has become more elusive. I heard a program on NPR about thinking of a word, they suggested piano and try to come up with as many words for this word. Pa, pb, pc and so forth. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. If I’ve done it twice and I’m still awake….well. Time to read for a bit…
I heard that too! Unfortunately, it makes my mind speed up. Glad it's working at least some of the time for you. Always grateful for a book by the bed.

The gummies were good, although haven't tried them again.
Baxter is definitely a sweetie and definitely a handful

I know--the names are not sleep-inducing!
(good to know about Ramelaton)
Lucas, sleep champion!
Good to have a sister in no dairy or gluten!

Thanks for reading, Kim
Randall, kudos on yesterday's pitch, I"m thrilled for you. Keep plugging away--it was a great webinar.
Thanks, Trish
Agree, it was an amazing webinar
Can't wait to see your book (and try your puzzle)--sounds brave what you're doing. How is the best way for me to support you?

I'm on board to be a beta reader whenever you want, just let me know.

Sweet story. Go gummies! Baxter obviously doesn’t require them!
